“That level of engagement tells us visuals are a critical part of the decision-making process explained Kim. “These insights tell us which spaces prospects are spending the most time viewing, so we can dial in our marketing and leasing, including creative follow-up campaigns, to leasing online without taking in-person tours."
Speaking of leasing, thanks to compelling media like 3D renderings and virtual tours, National Church Residences can showcase upcoming developments and secure leases earlier. New communities are 50% leased by opening day day and we are meeting lease up timeline completion successfully.
“Before, we didn’t start leasing until shortly before or we physically opened a building,” explained Kim. “Now, we’re leasing as early as 4 months before a community opens. That’s been a huge game changer to track early engagement and ultimately conversions to leases.”
