  TourBuilder One is our newest solution that combines property and unit-level capture. It’s an easy, affordable way to create media for your entire community. All you need is an iPhone, gimbal, tripod and the TourBuilder app.

• How do I capture virtual tours with TourBuilder One?

  It’s a simple capture process. Just place an iPhone on your gimbal and tripod, then follow the straightforward instructions in the TourBuilder app. The gimbal is a stabilized, motorized device that allows for a smooth, 360° capture with an iPhone camera.

  
  TourBuilder One is designed for seamless capture of virtual tours, without sacrificing quality. Note that an iPhone 12+ or newer model is required. 

   

• Do I need other LCP Media solutions to license TourBuilder One?

  No, you can license TourBuilder One on its own.

  
  TourBuilder One is also included with REACH 360, a multichannel solution for marketing in the AI era. It includes visual media (TourBuilder One), ongoing SEO, marketing analytics, reputation management and ILS advertising. Note that a RentCafe website is required to license REACH 360.
