1. Winner on 1/10 – Congratulations to Brianna Colbert, Community Manager at Apartment Management Consultants, LLC., for winning our New Year’s challenge by sharing her 2025 goal. Brianna’s focus is on maintaining stable occupancy at her community and ensuring her entire team has opportunities for growth by attending trainings throughout the year to support their individual goals.

2. Winner on 2/17 - Congratulations to Keri Parker Clark, Community Manager, for winning our Valentine’s Day challenge by showing resident love in a thoughtful and sweet way. Keri shared that she delivered Valentine's candy to all her residents, spreading kindness and creating meaningful connections throughout the community.

3. Winner on 3/14 – Congratulations to Lisa J. Thomsen, Community Manager at Summit View Village–Golden, for winning our challenge by sharing a personal or professional goal she’s aiming to “dunk” this month. Lisa shared that her personal goal is to improve her overall health, remove stress, and hold firm to putting family first. Professionally, she’s focused on finding the right candidate to round out her awesome team, continuing her education in the ever-changing industry, and learning specific skills to support her long-term goal of moving from onsite management to upper-level management.

Winner on 4/11 – Congratulations to Heather Rivas, Property Manager at Security Properties Residential, for winning our challenge by sharing a new skill she’s picked up. Heather has recently started practicing Pilates and yoga, inspired by her sister’s journey to becoming a certified yoga instructor. Exploring different studios together has quickly turned into a favorite way for Heather to unwind after a long day.

5.Winner on 5/19 – Congratulations to Ursula Gerson, Lease-Up Community Manager at The Bainbridge Companies, for winning our challenge with a mouthwatering answer: “Seafood Boil!” Whether it’s the flavor, the fun, or the company that comes with it, Ursula’s pick has us all craving a spot at the table.

6.Winner on 6/16 – Congratulations to Heather Fulton, Area Manager at Hayes Gibson Property Service, for winning our LCP Media $50 Friday challenge! When asked what amenity she’d add to her community, Heather gave a slam dunk of a response: “A basketball court, so we could have future Pacers!” 🏀🔥

Winner on 7/14 – Congratulations to Nicole Coschigano, Property Manager at RMR Residential, for winning our LCP Media $50 Friday challenge! When asked how she spent her 4th of July, Nicole painted the perfect summer celebration: starting the day with a mimosa-filled breakfast made with her husband, followed by good friends, great food, poolside lounging, cocktails, and fireworks to top it all off. Now that’s how you do the Fourth right!
