Real People, Unreal Tech: Anastasiia Alieksieieva

3D Expert. Meet Anastasiia Alieksieieva

Some career journeys begin with a resume. Anastasiia Alieksieieva’s started with a twist of fate.

Anastasiia Alieksieieva’s journey took the scenic route—from Ukraine to Chicago, from law school to 3D visual media, and from curious traveler to impactful leader.

She didn’t set out to work in this industry, but her path was shaped by courage, adaptability, and an unshakable belief that everything happens for a reason. When Anastasiia first came to the U.S. in 2012 through a student “Work & Travel” program, she never imagined she’d one day be part of global creative teams. But the summer she spent here changed her life, and set in motion a promise that she’d return.

She did return. And she brought her passion, vision, and global perspective with her.

Now, as a Senior 3D Technical Manager at LCP Media, Anastasiia is not only shaping projects—she’s shaping culture. She brings empathy, focus, and design sensibility to everything she does. But what makes her story truly remarkable is how she blends her past and present to lead with intention—and lift the people around her.

What inspired you to pursue a career with LCP Media?

“Joining LCP Media was a happy coincidence that became a life-changing opportunity. I originally came in to interview for a marketing position, but due to a mix-up with the job postings online, I was instead considered for a role in the 3D department. That unexpected twist led me to accept a position as a Project Coordinator, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It was an unconventional start but opened the door to a career path I’ve grown to love.”

Can you share what it was like growing up in Europe and what experiences ultimately brought you to the United States?

“Growing up in Ukraine was wonderful in so many ways. I’m very family-oriented, and being surrounded by loved ones has always been important. My upbringing gave me a deep appreciation for connection and resilience—values that have stayed with me.

My first trip to the U.S. was 2012 through a student ‘Work & Travel’ program. I spent the summer here and completely fell in love with the country and the people’s mindset. In the final days of that program, I visited Chicago, and the city stole my heart. I promised myself that I would return to live here one day.

That promise and much hard work (and maybe a little fate) brought me back in 2014 when I was accepted into Roosevelt University to study Marketing. It was a big leap—but it felt right.”

How long have you been in the multifamily / 3D services industry and with LCP Media, and what do you love most about it?

“I joined LCP Media in 2019 and’ve been on the team for over six years. I love the company’s strong sense of community and collaboration. Being part of a team that’s passionate about creating high-quality, innovative visual content makes every project exciting. It’s incredibly rewarding to contribute to work that brings our clients’ visions to life.”

You also have a degree in international law—can you tell us more about that?

“By the end of high school, I was deciding between Marketing and Law. Since I attended a school focused on foreign languages, I wanted a path that combined my love for languages, global cultures, and critical thinking. So, I chose International Law.

I earned my Master’s degree in Ukraine and absolutely loved studying how countries interact, the diplomacy behind global agreements, and the legal structures that shape international relations. Even though I’m not practicing law now, it taught me valuable skills: analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to see things from different perspectives. I use those every day in my role at LCP Media.”

How would you describe your leadership style in three words?

Collaboration. Empathy. Support.
“I believe in working closely with my team, understanding their needs, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed.”

As a mother of two, what life lessons have you learned that you think are important to share with others?

“GET A LOT OF SLEEP! For each spare second, just sleep and enjoy quiet time. (I’m joking—kind of!)

But seriously, motherhood has been the best thing that’s ever happened to me. It’s taught me to be present, patient, and flexible. I’ve learned that it’s okay when things don’t go exactly as planned—and that some of life’s most beautiful moments come from detours.

My kids remind me every day of the value of unconditional love. They’ve shown me how important it is to slow down and savor the little things. That mindset shapes how I lead and collaborate too.”

What’s the most rewarding part of your role?

“The most rewarding part of my role is being involved in the creation of an incredible product and witnessing the final result come to life. Seeing the outcome of our team's collaboration, creativity, and hard work is truly fulfilling—it’s a constant reminder of what we can achieve together.”

What is it like working with our 3D team in Poland, and what makes that collaboration meaningful?

“I can honestly say I’m the biggest fan of that crew! Every single person on the 3D team in Poland is so talented, hardworking, and creative. I feel lucky to work alongside them and watch their growth firsthand.

What makes it special is the mutual trust and respect we’ve built. Despite being in different countries, we’re so connected as a team—it’s inspiring to see how much care and detail they put into every rendering we deliver.”

How has Rayhanna (Director of 3D Operations) influenced your journey at LCP Media?

“Rayhanna has had an incredible impact on my journey here. Her guidance and support have helped me grow so much—not just as a professional, but as a person. She leads by example and creates space for others to succeed. Knowing that someone believes in you, encourages you, and trusts you—it makes all the difference.”

What role has your background and global perspective played in shaping how you approach your work?

“Coming from Ukraine and having lived and studied in different countries, I’ve developed a broader way of thinking. I value collaboration, appreciate diverse ideas, and stay open to new perspectives.

That global mindset has shaped my creative style too. I bring a mix of structure, empathy, and design sensibility to my work, which helps me connect with people and guide projects with intention.”

What advice would you give to someone just starting in development?

“Stay open-minded and embrace the opportunity to learn something new daily. The development process is full of daily discoveries and ‘wow’ moments—so be curious, stay engaged, and enjoy the excitement of watching an incredible product come to life.”

What’s your proudest moment at LCP Media so far?

“One of my proudest moments at LCP Media was being part of the process of opening our office in Kyiv, Ukraine. It was incredibly rewarding to be involved in every aspect—from planning and setup to meeting talented local artists and helping build an amazing team from the ground up. It was a meaningful experience both professionally and personally.”

If you could switch jobs with anyone at LCP Media for a day, who would it be and why?

“Given my background, I’d love to spend a day with the marketing team. It would be exciting to contribute to the creative process behind campaigns and events that shape the company’s brand. Being part of that storytelling and engagement, even for a day, would be both fun and fulfilling.”

What’s one project or initiative you’re currently excited about at LCP Media?

“I’m really excited about the new phase of growth and collaboration we’re entering as a company. There’s a fresh energy in the air—new opportunities, new people to work with, and big ideas taking shape. It’s inspiring to be part of a team that’s evolving and expanding its impact in the industry.”

What’s your go-to productivity hack for busy days?

“Working in an aesthetically pleasing environment—like my cozy home office—keeps me inspired and focused throughout the day. Having a dedicated nook filled with warmth, light, and a few of my favorite things sets a positive tone and helps me stay productive, even on the busiest days.”

How do you like to unwind outside of work?

“As a working mom of two—lol—any moment of ‘me time’ with a good book and a cup of tea or coffee is my ideal way to relax. More often, though, I unwind by spending time with family and friends, enjoying barbecues and get-togethers. I also love exploring new places and restaurants, trying different cuisines. My biggest passions are photography and athletics—they help me stay inspired and energized.”

Fun Facts

Dinner guests of choice?
"First, I’d choose my grandmother—there’s so much I wish I could ask her and share with her now. Her strength and warmth continue to inspire me.

Second, I’d love to sit down with Michelle Obama. Her grace, intelligence, and advocacy for women and families are truly admirable, and I’d be fascinated to hear her perspective on leadership and balance.

Lastly, I’d invite Annie Leibovitz, whose photography I deeply admire. As someone passionate about visual storytelling, I’d love to learn how she captures such emotion and meaning through her lens."

A surprising skill?
“I have a Master’s degree in International Law! It’s not something most people expect, but it shaped how I think and work.”

First job in the U.S.?
“I worked at a jewelry store that specialized in diamonds. I was trained to grade and identify different types of diamonds, which was an amazing first job—especially for a girl! It taught me to appreciate quality and detail.”

Dream vacation?
“Santorini, Greece. The whitewashed villages, blue domes, and sunsets in Oia—it’s a dream, especially for someone who loves photography.”

"Her ability to organize complex workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage tight timelines, and keep projects on track has been instrumental in the success and growth of our 3D department.

Anastasiia’s clear communication and proactive mindset stand out as key strengths. She not only ensures deadlines are met, but also fosters strong collaboration and alignment across the team.
