NAA Apartmentalize 2025 brought the industry together once again, and this year was a standout for LCP Media. From conversations at our booth to exclusive previews of what’s coming next, it was a week of connection, innovation, and setting new expectations for what multifamily marketers deserve from their visual media partners.

Our booth was centered around one clear message: Expect More.  And we brought that to life in more ways than one.

From interactive demos to exclusive “Expect More” T-shirts, we gave attendees a true taste of what LCP Media is all about. Speaking of taste, our s’more-flavored popcorn was a hit. EXPECT S'MORE? Get it? We love a good pun (and a good snack). But beyond the fun, it sparked real conversations about what multifamily marketers should be demanding from their content partners.

At Apartmentalize 2025, we introduced a powerful new AI-driven image enhancement feature that will soon be available inside TourBuilder Go — designed to raise the bar for visual quality across every unit-level tour.

This upcoming feature uses artificial intelligence to automatically enhance images of apartment units captured through TourBuilder Go. It analyzes each scene and makes targeted adjustments — adjusting white balance, correcting lighting, sharpening detail, and improving clarity — without compromising the integrity of the space.

Unlike basic auto-correction tools that apply the same filter across an entire image, this AI feature selectively enhances only the areas that need improvement. Think dark floors, flat cabinetry, or poorly lit windows — all refined to reflect how the space would look if professionally edited.
