In a first-of-its-kind case study, Pinnacle Property Management Services, LLC ("Pinnacle") partnered with LCP360 to prove the value of multifamily properties having virtual tours on Google My Business.

This case study compares all Pinnacle properties with virtual tours on Google My Business to properties without over a twelve-month period. Ultimately, LCP360 found significant growth in value and qualified leads for properties with virtual tours on their Google listings compared to those without virtual tours.
